Columbia River Symphony "Summer Jam"

Description

Columbia River Symphony is excited to announce that we are inviting ALL musicians (current and new to CRS), and on-lookers to come out and have fun @ our CRS Outdoor Jam Session, on August 21st (Saturday), from 2-4pm. The Country Club Estates in Warrenton (across the road from the Astoria Golf & Country Club) will host us in their large outdoor open space. We will provide sheet music, folders, and music clips to hold your music on your stands (please feel free to bring your own if you have some). The music will be fun, and simple enough so that we can all play together for the first time in quite a while. No improvising…just fun sheet music to read and play…mistakes are encouraged! LOL! The ultimate goal: Have fun, celebrate music, and enjoy the company of amazing people! Please take the 15 second survey below so that we may plan accordingly. Musicians bring: Chair, instrument, music stand, (clips for holding music down if you have some), and for those that want to bring an canopy of something of that nature…you are more than free to do so.
