Description
Live storytelling performance competition.
This 9 week series is not only a competition between storytellers, it is also a competition between towns!
Each week, storytellers in Long Beach, Astoria and Seaside, stand up and tell a story with the common theme.
Winners compete in a grand slam, and a chance at a cash prize.
Our special guest is Hannah Michelotti.
Hannah fell in love with public speaking when she was 12-years-old. She convinced her middle school classmates that small dogs are better than large dogs. The storytelling bug bit her in 2019 when she went to The Moth in Portland. She's now a regular junkie at all of the storytelling shows in Portland, and was recently part of 7 Deadly Sins' Saturnalia show. On stage, she goes by Michelle Michelle. Outside of storytelling, Hannah enjoys carbohydrates, hiking, climbing mountains, avoiding raisins, reading sci-fi books, crying at movie trailers, eating more than her spouse, putting on sunscreen at the thought of sunlight, and speaking broken French to anyone that will listen.

This week we will hear stories of "Travel".
Unexpected adventure? New friends met along the way? Trip of a life time? Trip to the supermarket? Follies or jaw dropping experiences along the way? You don't have to have traveled far, to have a "Travel" story! We want to hear all about it!
Members of the audience will vote on who told it best!
