Come to learn: • The ABC’s of behavior (antecedent, behavior, consequence). • How to identify the “why” of a behavior. • Examples of possible replacement behaviors at home. Please join the Swindells Resource Center and Behavior Analyst Alicia Like, M.Ed, BCBA, for a free event exploring the principles of challenging behavior and strategies to help guide parents, professionals, and caregivers to see behavior from a new perspective. Alicia is a Clinical Manager with the Center for Autism Related Disorders (CARD) Español Portland Program and has more than 8 years’ experience as both a classroom special education teacher and behavior analyst.
