Rivertide Suites is a distinctive Seaside hotel located on the Necanicum River. Located just 1 block from the Seaside Convention Center and 3 blocks from the beach, we are within walking distance to what makes Seaside so much fun!
Spacious two and one bedroom and studio suites, all of our suites provide the most value and comfortable overnight accommodations in the Seaside area.

Every spacious suite includes - complete kitchen with utensils, washer and dryer, pillow-top mattresses, 6-foot jetted tubs, electric fireplaces, private balconies, 32'' flat screen TVs with DVD players with premium channels, and Wi-Fi. And the Rivertide is smoke free and pet friendly.
In addition, the Rivertide offers two meeting rooms, each with 700 square feet, windows, A/V, and temperature control - accommodating 25 to 70 people. Catering services are available from local and reputable catering companies.
