About Us
We are proud to be one of only three assisted living communities in the State of Oregon to receive the AHCA/NCAL Bronze Commitment to Quality National Award. The American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), based thier National Quality Award Program on the core values and criteria of the Malcom Bladrige National Quality Award Program. It provides a pathway for providers of long term care services to journey towards performance excellence. We will be completing our next step towards the Silver Acheivement in Quality Award in the Spring of 2013.
Surrounded by alder trees in a quiet residential neighborhood, Suzanne Elise Assisted Living is only blocks away from the hospital, medical clinics and shopping centers. Whether it is a walk in the neighborhood, an outing to the beach or simply reading a book by the fireplace in our library, we want to help you enjoy life to its fullest.
Our menu features fresh home-style meals prepared to order. We serve yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries in addition to our breakfast menu, and during lunch and dinner we offer a salad cart with fresh greens and vegetables to compelment your meal. All meals are served restaurant style in our bright dining room.
Suzanne Elise promotes independence, privacy, respect and dedicated care. Our staff is prepared to assist you with selecting the level of services you desire, allowing you to remain as independent as possible.
